A while back I changed my newgrounds bookmark to the feed. Although I think I've followed more people than I can keep up with, I much prefer the steady stream of art instead of whatever the hell Twitter subjects me to

The upcoming art portal update actually improves back-end performance of the art feed, too! Plus we have other tidying up planned that should improve overall feed performance and hopefully we'll get some front-end improvements in place, too, for better overall readability.
I wonder a lot if the FEED link in the header should default to the Artists You Follow feed vs the "Everything" feed, possibly with an option to set what feed you want that button to default to. I actually don't click Your Feed in the header very much because mine is so congested, I prefer this particular feed:

Users who follow less people / have less friends might prefer the Everything feed, though.
I think it depends on who you have friended and who you’re following, yeah. Good to have the flexibility though, and maybe there should be a setting for what the Feed links default to!
